hey there!
I’m someone who loves to laugh with the people I care about, get lost in a really good book, and spend time doing new things with my kids. You’ll often find me singing worship music, or sitting outside with my husband at the end of the day, just taking it all in.
Life with three active kids has taught me a lot about flexibility, patience, and the beauty of small, everyday moments. I’m connected to my local church, and my faith in Jesus influences how way I see people, relationships, and healing.
I care deeply about creating a space where kids, teens, and families feel safe, seen, and understood—especially in the middle of overwhelming or uncertain seasons.
Professionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois. My background includes working closely with teens and their families, as well as spending time in the education setting while raising my own children. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the unique challenges families face—both inside and outside the home.
I have a heart for kids and teens, and I love helping families move toward greater connection, understanding, and restoration in their relationships.
My approach to child and family counseling integrates gospel-centered hope with evidence-based clinical practices. I believe in meeting each person where they are, offering both practical tools and a steady, compassionate presence as we work through difficult circumstances together.
It’s an honor to walk alongside your family in this way.
Personally, I’m a mom of three and married to my husband, who is one of my greatest supports.

If something in my story resonated with yours, I’d be honored to connect. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time or returning after a hard season, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
