I'm a faith-based therapist in Normal, Illinois, who believes healing happens when we honor the whole story—grief, hope, and everything in between.

hey there!

I grew up in a farming family in Midwest, Illinois. At my core, I’m a country girl who’s happiest outside with my feet in the dirt (preferably with a pedicure). Much of my life has gone differently than I imagined, but I’ve learned to hold space for both beauty and disappointment. I’ve grown to really love the ordinary—and I often find it’s where the deepest parts of life unfold.

I’m a deep thinker, a fast talker, and I tend to skip over small talk. I ask a lot of questions. My own journey through infertility, loss, and life’s many interruptions has given me a deep passion for therapy—especially in these tender areas. I care deeply about people and the stories they carry. I’m often struck by the quiet faithfulness of God woven through even the most difficult seasons.

I wish we could pull up a couple of chairs and chat for a while, but since that’s not possible, here’s a little bit about me.

Professionally, I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (MA, LCPC) with a Master’s degree from Lincoln Christian University.

I’ve spent my career walking alongside clients across the lifespan—children, teens, and adults—with a focus on trauma, infertility, reproductive loss, motherhood, and perimenopause/postmenopause.

I’m trained in EMDR and trauma-informed approaches and integrate Attachment Theory, CBT, ACT, and client-centered therapy. I also recently completed a 10-month post-graduate course in fertility counseling.

This work is deeply personal to me, and it’s an honor to walk with others through it.

Personally, I’m a mom to one and married to the love of my life.

If something in my story resonated with yours, I’d be honored to connect. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time or returning after a hard season, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
